We are looking for a rockstar founding user acquisition and growth director to join our London Office. In this role you will work closely with the Product and Engineering to scale our games across multiple markets and improve our game success. Your main KPIs will be cost of acquisition, DAUs and ARPDAU across our games.
Monitor, evaluate and improve the performance of our games across multiple markets and different set of KPIs.
Analyzing large, complex data sets representing the behavior of mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions
Working closely with our 3rd party partners including ad-networks, mediation tools, various supply-side and buy-side partners
Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product roadmaps
Execute against our user acquisition strategy through managing 3rd party ad networks, FB and Google campaigns and our agency of choice
Develop our marketing and monetization processes with a focus on analytics and automation
Deep diving into the game data in order to make informed decisions about marketing and monetization strategies
Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Constantly improving and growing our operation
A successful candidate should have:
Experience in performance marketing and or user acquisition, preferably for a mobile game studio or eCommerce app
Sharp analytical skills and metric-driven decision making
Extremely organized with attention to details
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
Experience working in small agile teams.
Knowledge of Excel and SQL is essential with proven experience of working with large datasets
Ideally, previous experience with mobile ad monetization
